Clyde Process Solutions plc Admission Document
This document is the admission document of 23 March 2007 which was prepared by Clyde Process Solutions plc ('Clyde Process Solutions') for the purposes of placing new ordinary shares, the acquistion of the entire share capital of Pony Bidco, share consolidation and admission to trading on AIM, the market operated by the London Stock Exchange on 17 April 2007.
