Clyde Process Solutions plc - New Orders

Press Release

10 May 2010

Clyde Process Solutions plc

(“CPS” or the “Group”)

£1.1 million of orders secured from recycling and minerals markets

Clyde Process Solutions plc (AIM: CPSP), a global provider of pneumatic conveying and air filtration solutions for process industries, announces that it has been awarded two contracts from producers operating in the recycling and minerals markets. These contracts are collectively worth £1.1 million and both have been secured by CPS’s European operation.

The first contract, worth £0.8 million from a waste recycling provider, will see CPS supply a solution incorporating a wide range of technologies such as storage silos, pneumatic conveying systems, bag dischargers and dosing injection systems. The project, located in the UK, will be commissioned by CPS in two phases and is scheduled for completion in March 2011.

The second order has been secured from an Egyptian-based minerals company for £0.3 million. CPS will supply this customer with a pneumatic conveying solution that will transport calcium carbonate within their facility replacing existing, problematic mechanical bucket elevator systems. The energy efficient, low maintenance and dust-free benefits provided by CPS’s pneumatic conveying solution were key to securing this system order, which is scheduled to be commissioned in September 2010.

Commenting on these contract wins, Alex Stewart, Chief Executive of Clyde Process Solutions plc said: “These two orders build on the positive start made by the Group in this new financial year. It is pleasing for our European operation to secure this strong level of order intake from two new customers. We believe these contract wins are a further testament to the growing recognition by our customers of the substantial environmental and economic benefits our technologies can generate.

“Both of these contracts have been secured at healthy levels of contribution and are in line with management expectations. We continue to add volume to our sales pipeline and all of our global subsidiaries are working closely with numerous customers to secure additional, profitable orders.”
