The Board of Clyde Process Solutions plc (the “Company”) received notification that, as a result of a disposal of shares, BlackRock Institutional Equity Funds – UK Smaller Companies no longer had a notifiable holding in the Company’s issued share capital. The Company also received notification that, as a result of a disposal of shares, BlackRock UK Equity Fund no longer had a notifiable holding in the Company’s issued share capital. The Company has been informed that the total group holding of BlackRock, Inc. in the Company is 2,773,229 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.87 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
