The Board of Clyde Process Solutions plc (the “Company”) today received notification that Geir Gunnlaugsson, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 55p per share. As a result of this purchase, Geir Gunnlaugsson is interested in 20,000 shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
