Commenting at the Annual General Meeting, Alex Stewart, Chief Executive of Clyde Process Solutions plc said: “Our strategy of creating a well-diversified business across a wide range of customer markets, technologies and geographical territories has provided a solid foundation for the Group in a challenging global trading environment.   We continue to have a strong sales pipeline of prospects and believe the business is well positioned to benefit from the increasing demand for our technologies as customers drive their capital expenditure plans forward.  The Group intends on delivering long-term growth for our shareholders through strong fiscal management, developing patentable technologies, and expanding our geographical coverage.  On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank all of our shareholders for their continued support.”

The Board also announces that Shauna Powell has today stepped down as Company Secretary. John Hall will assume this role alongside his directorship.
